By using MySecurity Scores, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and accept these Terms in full. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MySecurity Scores regarding the use of the Service.

2. Use of Service and Limitations

Our security assessment tools are provided for **informational and diagnostic purposes only**. The score and reports are not a guarantee of security and are not legally binding documentation of compliance or risk. You acknowledge and agree that:

**User Responsibility:** You are solely responsible for all actions taken based on the information provided on this site. We advise consulting a certified security professional for critical security decisions.
**Service Nature:** All assessments are based on publicly available data and non-intrusive scans. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from security weaknesses, even if they were not highlighted in a report.
**Accuracy:** While we strive for 99%+ accuracy, we do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service or assist others in doing so. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

**Misuse/Abuse:** Attempting to disrupt, hack, overload, or otherwise compromise the integrity or security of the MySecurity Scores platform or servers.
**Unauthorized Access:** Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, other users' data, or source code.
**Malicious Input:** Submitting false, illegal, or malicious information during the assessment process.
**Reverse Engineering:** Attempting to reverse engineer or replicate the Service.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MySecurity Scores shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
